- This offer is valid for all customers in India who purchase woolen rugs directly from ammacarpets.in ‘s checkout page after 1 February 2025.
- Each rug is entitled to two free washing services.
- Service Scope:
- The free washing service includes standard cleaning only.
- Stain removal, repairs, or restoration are not covered under this service.
- Validity Period:
- The free washing service must be utilized within two years of the purchase date.
- Unused services after the validity period will be forfeited.
- Logistics and Shipping:
- *Customers are responsible for all logistics costs, including shipping to and from the washing facility Gwalior.
- Amma Carpets is not liable for any damage or delays caused during transit.
- Booking and Process:
- Customers must contact Amma Carpets in advance to schedule the washing service.
- Rugs sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- After approval, customers will be provided with detailed shipping instructions.
- Condition of Rugs:
- Rugs must be sent in a reasonably clean state and free from excessive dirt, mud, or pet hair.
- Amma Carpets reserves the right to refuse rugs deemed unsuitable for washing.
- Processing Time:
- Rugs will be cleaned and returned within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt, subject to workload and other factors.
- Limitations and Liability:
- This service is non-transferable and applicable only to the original buyer.
- Amma Carpets is not responsible for pre-existing damages, color fading, or shrinkage caused by prior misuse of the rug.
- Cancellation and Changes:
- Amma Carpets reserves the right to modify or discontinue this service at any time without prior notice.
- Existing commitments will be honored as per the original terms.
